How to Live a Healthy Lifestyle???

Salam.hye all.today im going to share something about healthy lifestyle as many people really wanted into it. However,many people go into wrong healthy lifestyle.oh such a waste right? But its okay, now i will let u know some way to have a healthy lifestyle.

1) First of all, choose healthy food


Milk,fruits,vegetables are examples of healthy foods.



Or else, we can follow this pyramid food chart. Do you still remember? I think we have learn much about this at primary school. Isn't it?
This chart that can be used to see how many servings of each food should be eaten each day

So dear friend, lets choose food that contains minimal amounts of unhealthy fats. Somehow, it may help us from getting heart disease. Do eat protein and carbohydrates everyday to maintain your body healthy.


2) Secondly, starting a fitness or exercise program may be one of the best things you can do for your health. After all, physical activity can reduce your risk of chronic disease, improve your balance and coordination, help you lose weight and even boost your self-esteem. Besides, regular exercise can help you control your weight, reduce your risk of heart disease, and strengthen your bones and muscles.


Make sure start and finish your workout with streching. This will warm up your muscles before you work out and will relax your muscles after you work out.


Cycling can be your exercise as well.


3) Next, avoid unhealthy habits

Avoid excessive smoking and alcohol. Smoking can damage your lung.

Get plenty of sleep. If you didn"t get enough sleep,you will feel tired and ruin your day.




4) Lastly,don't forget to practise good hygiene.

Shower every other day. Get bath again when you do things that made u sweat.
Brush and floss your teeth daily.
 Regular flossing not only prevents gum disease but also prevents heart disease.

Wear clean cloth only. Please do not wear cloth repeatedly before wash it.

As a conclusion,having a healthy lifestyle is the best way to live a long and healthy life and maintain the desired weight permanently.so lets keep healthy lifestyle!!
